1 introduction of equipment:
The device is specially aimed at organic solvents, and the inert gas medium formed by circulating nitrogen is used to replace the usual air medium for spray drying. In addition to recycling products, organic solvents can be recovered. In view of the characteristics of low flash point or micro toxicity of organic solvents, it is flammable and explosive. The closed cycle spray system is specially designed.
1.1 explosion-proof system:
The first layer of nitrogen explosion-proof: according to the nature of nitrogen inert gas, the whole pipeline uses nitrogen circulation, the oxygen content below 3% can run normally.
Second layers of industrial explosion-proof, pressure is higher than 3000pa, safety valve opens, pressure relief, detailed industrial control process, please consult factory Technology Engineer.
The third layer explosion-proof flameproof. When the pressure in the drying tower system does not rise normally, the explosion-proof piece on the top of the tower opens and detonating automatically.
Fourth layers of explosion-proof machine, with ventilation system (optional), suitable for harmful gases.

2 overall structure (based on the final design of Joe maple)
The equipment mainly consists of feeding system, heating system, atomization system, spray drying system, inert gas circulation system, product recovery system and condensing system.
2.1 feed system
It includes: batching tank, solvent tank, feeding peristaltic pump, feed pipeline, atomizer. First, put the good slurry into the mixing tank. After stirring even in the drive of the creeping pump, the slurry reaches the atomizer through the pipe valve. The atomizer needs to be equipped with Shanghai Joe Maple special explosion-proof atomizer nozzle and the nozzle life warranty is used. A year。
Two.2 heating system
The heating system consists of a nitrogen electric heating system. The closed heating element heat the dry medium (nitrogen) directly in the pipe and pass a set of pressure control control device to control the temperature accuracy within 2.
2.ThreeDry pagoda
The drying tower contains the tower, the explosion proof lamp, the gas distributor, the temperature control equipment, the pressure relief device, the inlet pipe, the air outlet pipe, the oxygen content measuring sensor and so on. The filter device should be set up inside the inlet pipe. The slurry after hot air is heated and the slurry is evaporating and drying to the powder. The closed loop pipe is removed from the discharge port at the bottom and the gas is exhausted from the exhaust pipe.
2.4 product recovery system
The gas from the bottom of the drying tower contains powder and organic solvent steam, and the filter device is used to recover the gas. The powder is separated from the organic solvent gas, the powder is recycled, and the organic gas is recycled into the condenser to be recycled and reused.
2.5 gas circulation system
The gas cycle is completed by a set of circulating fan, the drying medium self circulating fan output, flow through the condensing device, electric heater, drying tower, cyclone separator or bag filter, temperature resistant and efficient filter, and return to recycle fan to repeat use, that is to form a gas circulation system.
2.6 condensing system
The condensing system is composed of a refrigeration unit, a condenser, a refrigerant circulating pump, a filter, a heat exchanger and a connecting pipeline. The "wet" gas (including vaporized organic solvent steam) discharged from the dust collector enters the condenser, and the gas is cooled by the condenser to return to the gas circulation system, and the organic solvent steam is automatically discharged into the solvent tank through the liquid level controller at the bottom of the condenser after condensing recovery.
2.7 atomization system
The system adopts hard contact with mechanical structure, without any gasket and no leakage. Unlike ordinary electric centrifugal sprinklers, the overheated corrosion steam has long contact with the electric wire of the electric nozzle and corrodes the wires, resulting in the softening and softening of the plastic cortices on the surface of the wire, thus forming a short circuit.
3. the advantages of the equipment:
